I'm looking for some new music. The few hundred cds I own are beginning to get stale and I'm ready for some new tunes. I have a couple new albums I've thought about purchasing (Shins, Kings of Leon, Wilco), but I haven't heard them and wonder if anyone has an opinion on them or any other fresh artists/bands. Let me know.
In other news, I finished my rookie coaching campaign with a 7-3 record. The season was full of close calls, and no other game epitomized our season like last night's. We fell behind 5-0 and battled back. We gave away more runs with a few costly fielding errors and were on the wrong end of an 11-6 score midway through the game. We tied the game in the bottom of the 6th, but gave away yet another run in the top of the final inning. Down to our final three outs, my boys rose to the occasion and successfully scored two runs, not pretty, but the scoreboard said it all. 13-12.
